Growing Pak Choi in Hot Weather

In Singapore, our weather is pretty much warm through out the year, though we do get much more rainfall in Oct - Dec period.

Pak Choi are traddtionally cool weather crops and do not do very well in weather hitting 35 degrees and beyond.

Therefore in Singapore, farmers have to carefully select the right varieties to grow for commercial production.

We are currently growing some unique varieties of Pak Choi and lettuce now in our hydroponics system.

Since no chemical pesticides is being used here, means we have to be careful with our set up, including how to manage pest in our Learning Garden.
